Trouble Adding a Device
I have DHCP enabled and when I type the IP address from the unit into the Offline Manager it won't connect. On the unit itself it shows that there is a connection, but unable to connect it to the computer.

CloudLite Not Reading .DAT File Uploaded
After I upload the attLog or .dat file from the device, the CloudLite software is not reading the data on the file. Please advise. Thanks.
