Hi Everyone

This is our second week using Timedox. The first week was smooth as butter. This week not so much. I would call support but they aren't open so hopefully a fellow user can help. When I try to upload my data file is says upload failed. How do i fix this? Also I want to add the device to another computer in a different warehouse however it will not allow me to put in the device serial number. Any suggestions would be appreciated
