Assign Website Access to a User

Assign Website Access to a User

1. Log-in to us.timedox.com with Administrator credentials.

2. Select "Employee Management" under "Employees" menu. Alternatively, click "Add Employees" tile on the dashboard.



3. Double click on the user profile once the list of all employees is displayed.

4. Click the Website Access tab.

5. Type in a username, password, and email (please refrain from using password as username, otherwise "Forgot your password" feature will not work).

6. Click "Save" to apply changes.

The capability of the user depends on their Role.

To add new Account Administrator (Company Owner), please open a ticket by clicking the floating blue question mark (?) at the bottom left of your screen on us.timedox.com
