Web/Mobile Punching
If you have activated the Web/Mobile Reporting feature, the following instructions will guide you on how to clock "IN" and "OUT." Click here for instructions on enabling Web/Mobile Reporting and obtaining the credentials.With Web/Mobile Reporting, your employees can punch in and out from their smart phones or any other device with web browser. If "Location" is enabled on the employee's device, you will be able to view where the employee was when the punch was made.

2. Located towards the bottom of the page you will see a link that reads, "Click Here for Web Reporting", click it.
Login with the credentials that are in the Authentication box in the "Employee Management Page" for each employee.If you're unsure about locating the credentials, click here for instructions. Alternatively see the information below.
1. Company No. - corresponds to the Company ID/Number of the account.
2. Empl No - (unique number assigned to each employee (navigate: Employees > Employee Management or Add Employees tile on us.timedox.com).
3. Device PIN Code - code without hyphens (navigate: Employees > Employee Management > double click on the required Employee > Identification Means tab on us.timedox.com).
