Clocking 'IN' w/ Web/Mobile Reporting
If you have enabled Web/Mobile Reporting the instructions below will show you where to go to clock 'IN' and 'OUT'. Click here for instructions on enabling Web/Mobile Reporting and obtaining the credentials. With web/mobile reporting, your employees can punch in and out from their mobile phones or any other web-enabled device. If 'Location' is enabled on the employee's device, you will be able to view where the employee was when the punch was made. For instructions on where to view the location click here.
1. Enter 'us.timedox.com' into your web browser.
2. Located towards the bottom of the page you will see a link that reads, ‘Click Here for Web Reporting’, click it.
Login with the credentials that are in the Authentication box in the ‘Employee Management Page’ for each employee. If you don’t know how to find the credentials, Click Here for instructions. Alternatively see information below.
1. Company No. - corresponds to the Company Number
2. Empl Number (number assigned to the employee. Navigate Employees > Employee Management on http://us.timedox.com) 3. Device PIN Code code without hyphens. (Navigate Employees > Employee Management > double click on the required Employee > Identification Means tab on http://us.timedox.com)
