If you do not have the Offline Device Manager, click here
for the download link.
1. On your computer, install the Offline Device Manager and enter the password to open.
2. Select 'Add Device' > Enter Device's IP Address > Select 'Connect Device' and wait for Confirmation > Select 'Close'.
3. Select ‘Upload’, and choose the appropriate device (displayed by serial number) from the drop-down list, and select ‘Upload’
4. Save the file to the Timedox folder you created.
