Clocking Report

Clocking Report

The "Clocking Report" uses a color-coding system to provide additional details on individual punches. With this type of report you can:
  1. See the Employee's GPS location at time of punch in/out*;
  2. Determine which method was used to report in/out for each punch;
  3. View a summary of which methods are used most/least.

1. Log in to us.timedox.com with Administrator credentials.

2. Select "Clocking Report" under "Reports" menu. Alternatively, click "Clocking Report" tile on the dashboard.

Identify the method of the punch by the color of the time entry, using the key below:
Green: Employee used a mobile phone/tablet with GPS disabled/unavailable/off to report/punch; 
Blue: Employee used a web browser on a Computer to report/punch;
Red: Employee used mobile phone/tablet with GPS enabled/available/on to report/punch**;
Black: Employee used a Timedox clocking device to report/punch.
The clocking report will display punches from the beginning of the current month until the present day, by default. You can adjust the dates for a customized report.
*Web/Mobile reporting must be enabled on the account, and for each Employee

**If the employee reports using their mobile phone while location services (GPS) are enabled, you can click on the time entry to view the employee's location at the time of the report.
