Change Cloud Credentials (CloudLite)

Changing Online Credentials

The instructions below are for changing the password to the online account If you want to change the password for users to access the device click here for CloudLite customers and click here for Cloud Pro Subscribers. 




1. Log-in to 'us.timedox.com' with Administrator credentials.





2. Choose ‘Employees’, in the top menu bar, and select ‘Employees Management’ from the drop-down menu.

3. Double click on the user profile.


4. Select the ‘Website Access’ tab.







5. Enter the new information and click 'Save'.
